Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, and mailing address.
- Order and visit details: wine club or retail orders, reservations, table or tasting requests, and pickup notes.
- Mobile opt-in data: the phone number you provide, the fact that you agreed to receive texts, the date and method of that consent, and your opt-out history.
- Technical data from the website: IP address, browser type, device type, and cookies used to run the site.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
How we use it
We use phone numbers to send service messages about your orders and to notify you when your table is ready. Message frequency varies with your order or reservation. Message and data rates may apply.
We use other contact details to complete orders, manage reservations, answer questions, and operate the tasting rooms. We use technical data to keep the website working and secure.
We do not use phone numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing or promotional messages.
Mobile information — no sharing for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors that send those messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform). Those vendors may use the number only to deliver the messages you requested. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile numbers or SMS consent.
Other sharing
We may share non-SMS information with service providers who host the website, process payments, or support tasting-room operations, and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text message choices
Reply STOP to cancel texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@rivaura.com or call (208) 276-3245. After STOP, we send one confirmation and then stop. We keep the number on a suppression list so we do not text it again unless you opt in again.
How long we keep it
We keep order and reservation records as needed for the transaction, accounting, and legal requirements. After you opt out, we keep the phone number only on the suppression list and delete it from active messaging lists.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
Email info@rivaura.com to ask what contact information we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep. Opting out of texts does not cancel an order or reservation.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date below is the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
